People & Culture Coordinator

Full-Time Permanent | Vancouver, BC

The People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the People & Culture team focusing on creating a positive workplace. Reporting directly to the Director, People & Culture, the Coordinator will work in collaboration with other DEWC staff to ensure services to women. She will work from a feminist perspective and within an anti-oppression framework.

Director, Fund Development & Communications

Full-Time Permanent | Vancouver, BC

The Director, Fund Development & Communications is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of DEWC’s fundraising, donor relations, grants, and communications plan. The director will develop, implement, and oversee a multi-year fundraising plan including major gifts, annual appeal, planned giving and special events. Managing the Fund Development team, this position requires a true strategic partner who is collaborative and capable of building consensus and commitment toward shared outcomes. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, DEWC the Director works closely with the board and DEWC leadership team to ensure the success of DEWC strategic objectives. She will work from a feminist perspective and within an anti-oppression framework.
