There are parking spots and a loading zone in front of the site on Columbia Street, at both ends of the patio. Staff at the door will get the donations, and can help with a trolley.
For kitchen related donations, drop off will be in the loading bay in the alley every day between 9 am to 3 pm.

For all donations, please ring the doorbell at the front and staff will come to assist you or come to the back alley of 265 East Hastings off Gore street. Back door has a doorbell, and the staff will come to the back when you ring it. The door has graffiti on it.
